Thank you so very much to the John Whippy Foundation for their support throughout 2022.
The foundation’s aim was to raise enough money to enable the Trust to provide community care by way of a Support Worker in the Eastbourne area.
Gavin Fisher, CEO was presented with a cheque for £4,200 at a recent Quiz Night attended by the Trust’s Chairman David Beck and Gavin Whippy and Robin Curtis, both Trustees of the Foundation. The money was raised through a series of events and activities over the year. One of the benefactors was Highwoods Golf Club, whose captain, Garry Winwood, chose the Foundation as his chaity of the year. Another means of raising funds was pin badges sold at the Longmans Lunch Club for local businesses.
The Foundation was established in 2020 to celebrate their 50th Anniversary to raise funds for the benefit of sick, disabled and disadvantaged children under the age of 18 in East Sussex.
Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported the John Whippy foundation over the year.
