Our biggest event of the year is back and 2017 is the year of the Phantom Masquerade Ball.
Inspired by the Phantom of the Opera, guests will enjoy an evening full of the grandeur of a Venetian ball with all the drama of Phantom. With a drinks reception on arrival, a three course banquet, dancers, entertainers and live bands, the Phantom Masquerade Ball is a real spectacle and one of the “must be at” events for those who enjoy the Eastbourne social scene.
Last year’s event attracted almost 500 guests, but numbers are limited this year because of the impending refurbishment of the Winter Garden, so we recommend you book your tickets early. It is also sooner than our usual November date, so put Saturday 23rd September 2017 in your diary.
Tickets
Tickets go on sale in April at £60 and tables are available for a minimum of ten guests and a maximum of twelve.
Sponsorship
One way of guaranteeing your place at the table is by becoming a sponsor at £1,000, which includes a table for up to twelve people. Sponsorship without the table is available from £350. Download our sponsorship pack or call 01435 205004 for a chat about how we can work together to make this year’s Masquerade Ball the most spectacular yet.
The Ball is the biggest fundraising event of the ear for the Children’s Respite Trust and makes a massive difference to the Charity’s ability to carry out its important work for disabled children and their families throughout east Sussex and into West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
