Half Term Adventures at CRT

Bianca and Emily Enjoying the Half Term Fun

We had a wonderful half term filled with activities and experiences for all our children and young people. Our Superstars, All Stars and Siblings Group all enthusiastically took part in outings and that promoted learning, communication and fun.

Superstars

Taking full advantage of the one day of sun, our Superstars visited a local farm where they had the chance to meet and learn about different animals. The highlight of the trip for many was feeding and petting the animals. Additionally, the Superstars went on a walk with our resident office dog, Sprout. Children embraced the outdoors, engaging with nature, and loved spending time with their new canine friend.

All-Stars

Our All-Stars requested to visit Raystede to see the parrots again. They learnt about the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of various animals while meeting new people. They particularly enjoyed how vocal the parrots were.

Siblings Group

The Siblings enjoyed a visit to the driving range at Horam Park Golf Club where they spent the day practicing their swings in a fun and friendly environment. They were great at cheering themselves on and relaxed in each other’s company leaving any worries behind.

Thank you to all the staff, volunteers, and supporters who made these adventures possible and for allowing us to provide enriching experience for all our stars. We look forward to jam packed Summer Holiday sessions!
