Best of British

Best of British is a Sussex based events company specialising in corporate fundraising lunches and dinners. Since 2009, they have raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for many worthy causes. We are absolutely delighted that they have chosen the Children’s Respite Trust to benefit from this year’s Eastbourne Lunch.

On 23rd September 2022 guests will arrive from 12-noon for a drinks reception followed by a three-course Luncheon at the Grand Hotel, Eastbourne where the guest speaker will be former jump jockey and Grand National winner, Bob Champion CBE. He was immortalised further when John Hurt played him in the 1984 film Champions which told the story of his triumph, while recovering from cancer.

Nearly all of the Best of British guests hail from the regional business community and use the Best of British events to entertain clients, treat staff and support their charitable endeavours.
