Brighton Marathon weekend was once again a storming success. Thank you so much to the fantastic team of 4 runners Mark, Alfie, Pete and Mark that trained so hard to complete the challenging race! We are incredibly proud of their all their efforts in training as well as raising an astounding £2903 that will support disabled children across Sussex.
Brighton marathon is known amongst the running community as a particularly testing race so it’s a fantastic achievement for all of them. Their hard working in training paid off with their following times Mark Elwell 04:58:23, Peter Hulse 04:54:50, Alfie Smith 04:39:03 and Mark McGowan 04:35:14. For some of them this was their very first marathon adding to the achievement.
