Our Fundraising Manager, Rachel, had the pleasure of visiting Ashdown Primary School after Year 2 selected the Trust as the beneficiary of their sponsored playground games. The children were eager to share their experiences and tell Rachel all about their fundraising activities.
Rachel took the opportunity to speak with the students about the important work our Trust does to support disabled children and their families across Sussex. Year 2 enjoyed engaging with the cause, enthusiastically colouring in our logo and even creating their own versions by tracing their hands.
The highlight of the visit was attending the KS1 assembly, where Year 2 proudly presented Rachel with a beautifully handmade cheque for £403.
