On Wednesday 18th May students at Sussex Downs College held a raffle and cake sale in aid of the Children’s Respite Trust.
This was a wonderful charity event where the students sourced their own prizes including Afternoon tea for two, therapy sessions, entry tickets for various attractions and many more fantastic prizes. The event was attended by our own ambassador Chloe Eason and the students; Gemma Carter, Kim Cocklin, Shumina Akhter and Caroline Collier managed to raise a brilliant £650 for the Children’s Respite Trust!
The team said; ‘We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day successful and helped us to raise a considerable amount of money’.
We are thrilled we were chosen as their charity and want to thank the girls and everyone at Sussex Downs college for their support, hard work and the wonderful amount of money they raised!
