Join the Children’s Respite Trust Team for an exhilarating day of mud, obstacles, and fun at the Mud Monsters Run on Saturday, 7th June 2025, in East Grinstead. This award-winning event offers participants the choice of 3.5km, 7km, or 14km courses, each packed with both man-made and natural obstacles designed to challenge and entertain participants of all abilities.

Register for the Run: Sign up for your preferred distance on the Mud Monsters Run website. Early registration is recommended to secure your desired start time.

Fundraise for the Children’s Respite Trust: After registering, set up a fundraising page to gather support for the Children’s Respite Trust. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor your muddy adventure, helping provide essential care and support to children and families in need.
