Join the 5 Day Elevate Your Wellbeing Challenge & Support Children’s Respite Trust
Between Monday 11th November – Friday 15th November, we are inviting supporters of the Children’s Respite Trust to make small, healthy lifestyle changes for a big impact. Richard Dale, an experienced Health, Fitness & Wellness Coach, has teamed up with the Sussex-based charity to create the Elevate your Wellbeing 5 Day Challenge. Over 5 days you will uplift your physical and mental health, with every participant encouraged to build lasting, positive habits while supporting a cause that provides invaluable care for families in need.
What Is the Elevate Your Wellbeing Challenge
The Elevate your Wellbeing challenge is designed to make wellness accessible, achievable, and meaningful. Rather than aiming for rapid transformations, participants will focus on manageable goals to help them sustain a healthier mindset and lifestyle. Over the 5 days you will have exclusive access to a private App which will host your personalised healthy habits. You can choose your own meaningful habits that you want to build from the 25 most powerful daily habits. Choose from practices such as mindfulness or meditation, nutrition and fitness, gratitude and connection and many more. For a £10 donation to the Children’s Respite Trust, supporters can join this initiative, making their commitment to a week of self-care go hand in hand with supporting the charity’s mission to provide respite for children and families caring for a child with a disability.
